Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Cosmix account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, removing any old shipping stickers.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
